1.Overview
Model HSHD-1010 Torsional Spring Dynamometer is a specialized testing instrument designed to calibrate the stiffness and indication error of the torsion spring in a six speed rotational viscometer. It is an effective instrument for regularly measuring the torsion spring to ensure the accuracy of the viscometer.
2.Model and Specifications
| Model | Name |

(with weights ranging from 1g to 70g) |
| 2 | Overall dimensions | 200×142×300mm |
4.Instrument Structure and Principle
4.1 The instrument mainly consists of the following parts
(1) Machine base: composed of a base and double columns. The support can be adjusted in height and positioned to form the main body, which can align the load cell with the corresponding position of the viscosity meter for testing.
(2) Wheel part: Its function is to connect the inner cylinder and the weight as a guide with a traction wire, in order to determine the angle of rotation of the torsion spring on the viscometer under the measured load.
4.2 working principle
(1) When measuring with a torsion spring force gauge, the measuring element on the six speed viscometer – the inner cylinder – is used as the force transmission medium, and the calibration method is direct.
(2) Using a support to automatically adjust the height and align it with the height of the inner cylinder of the measured viscosity meter, the positioning is reliable.
