Purpose:

Dynamic HPHT Filter Press is a testing instrument that simulates the filtration loss of drilling and water drilling fluids in deep wells (high temperature and high pressure). It is suitable for:

  1. Static filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature between room temperature and 232 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.
  2. Dynamic filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature from room temperature to 150 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.
  3. There are dual filter screens that can meet the measurement of cement slurry.
