1.Overview
In drilling and completion work, there are two types of filtration, one is static filtration after the drilling fluid stops circulating, where the filter cake gradually thickens and the filtration decreases over time. Another type is the dynamic filtration generated when the circulating drilling fluid flushes the filter cake. As the static and dynamic filtration of various drilling fluids may not be proportional, measuring the filtration amount of drilling fluid under dynamic conditions is particularly important. The Dynamic HPHT Filter Press overcomes the shortcomings of various commonly used static filtration instruments in China, making the test results approach the actual situation underground. This instrument can accurately and safely measure the filtration performance of drilling fluid and cement slurry under static and dynamic conditions, providing reliable data for achieving scientific, fast, high-quality, and safe drilling.
Purpose:
Dynamic HPHT Filter Press is a testing instrument that simulates the filtration loss of drilling and water drilling fluids in deep wells (high temperature and high pressure). It is suitable for:
- Static filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature between room temperature and 232 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.
- Dynamic filtration and cake preparation test: At any temperature from room temperature to 150 ℃, the maximum working pressure of the drilling fluid cup is less than 7.1 MPa, the filtration pressure difference is 3.5 MPa, and the filtration area is 22.6 cm2.
- There are dual filter screens that can meet the measurement of cement slurry.
