Non-permeable Drilling Fluid Filter HSHD-3035

1.Overview

Model HSHD-3035 Non-permeable Drilling Fluid Filter involves pouring 350cm³ of 20 mesh to 40 mesh sand into a cylindrical transparent drilling fluid cup on a filter without filter paper. Then, 500cm³ of drilling fluid is added, the cup cover is tightened, the gas source is connected to adjust the pressure to 0.69MPa, the vent valve is opened, and the gas source enters the drilling fluid cup. The measurement begins. The filtration area of the instrument is 18 ± 0.60cm². Pressure is provided by gas passing through a regulator. Observe the sedimentation and infiltration of drilling fluid through the cup. Widely used for drilling fluid analysis and determination in major oil fields, geological exploration, and laboratories.
