Laboratory Bath HSHD-JH1906

The HSHD-JH1906 Low-Temperature Constant Temperature Bath is available in two configurations: vertical and benchtop. The housing is made of high-quality steel with a spray-painted surface, while the working chamber and cover are constructed of stainless steel. The shelf is made of stainless steel wire. The constant temperature circulation system consists of a circulation pump, electric heater, refrigeration evaporator, and a microprocessor-based intelligent temperature controller. The U-shaped electric heater is placed at the bottom of the working chamber, and the refrigeration evaporator is installed around the inner walls of the working chamber, ensuring uniform temperature distribution within the chamber and facilitating easy cleaning. Foamed rigid polyvinyl chloride insulation is used between the working chamber and the housing.

The unit features a modular refrigeration system with delayed start and multiple high pressure protections, offering safe operation, stable performance, convenient maintenance, and rapid heating and cooling capabilities.

The power switch, refrigeration switch, water pump switch, and microprocessor-based intelligent temperature controller are located on the front middle section of the unit. The intelligent temperature controller employs self-tuning PID technology, which, compared to traditional PID control, provides faster temperature regulation and higher precision. Both the set temperature and the actual chamber temperature are displayed digitally. It also features absolute upper and lower limit audible and visual alarms, which simultaneously cut off power to the heating or refrigeration system when triggered. Parameter settings and adjustments are made using tactile push buttons, making operation simple and convenient.
