Feature Introduction

  1. Material: Polytetrafluoroethylene polymer material.
  2. Temperature bearing: The operating temperature inside the aging tank is 0-180 ℃.
  3. Sealing: The inner end cover of the aging tank is pressed down by a metal inner cover.
  4. Pressure: As the interior of the inner liner is a sealed space, external pressure cannot be applied to the interior, only the pressure caused by the boiling or expansion of internal materials due to heat. Alternatively, the valve stem outside the aging tank sealing cover of the inner liner space can be opened to input pressure, which should not exceed 1.2 MPa. However, this pressure cannot be applied to the interior of the liner, which is sealed. It must ensure that the internal materials do not come into contact with the metal end face inside the aging tank before use.
