1. Overview

1.1 The HSHD-1001 12-speed viscometer is capable of measuring various rheological parameters over a wide range (0–1200 mPa·s). It can generate rheological curves based on multi-point measurement data, determine the flow pattern of liquids during motion, and select appropriate calculation formulas for accurate measurement of non-Newtonian fluids. It is suitable for on-site analysis and research of drilling fluid rheological parameters. Additionally, it can measure a series of technical parameters such as dynamic and static shear forces, flow behavior index, and consistency coefficient, contributing to safe, fast, and scientific drilling operations. The instrument features easy operation, accurate testing, and a wide measurement range.

1.2 The instrument adopts a high-subdivision motor driver combined with a stepping motor, ensuring high torque, accurate and stable rotational speed. The synchronous belt drive offers low noise and convenient speed adjustment.

1.3 Viscosity measurement uses imported digital sensors, providing high accuracy, stability, and strong anti-interference capability.

1.4 The blue-screen LCD large touchscreen display directly shows digital readings of viscosity, rotational speed, and time. It can store up to 20 sets of measurement data (including date, sample number, viscosity value, rotational speed, and time) and features power-off data retention.

1.5 Zero calibration function.

1.6 The instrument can be connected to a computer for operation, displaying measurement curves, and allows optional printing as needed.

1.7 Equipped with a double sealing mechanism, the instrument minimizes gas corrosion on the measuring bearing (85 bearing) during operation, thereby extending the service life. It represents an advanced measuring instrument.

1.8 The instrument is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel. The measuring sleeve can be rotated in reverse, and after use, it can be easily cleaned and maintained.

1.9 The instrument supports three display languages: Chinese, English, and Russian.
