The Drying Oven series air drying oven is a series of products that can be divided into two categories based on appearance: desktop and vertical. It is divided into different specifications and varieties according to the size and temperature control range of the studio.The shell of the drying oven is made of high-quality steel plate with surface spray molding. The studio adopts high-quality stainless steel plates, and indoor shelves are made of stainless steel wire. The spacing between shelves can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the middle layer is filled with ultra-fine glass wool for insulation. The desktop oven door adopts double-layer tempered glass doors or observation windows. There is a double-layer tempered glass observation window above the vertical oven door, which can clearly observe the heated items inside the oven. The connection between the studio and the oven door is equipped with a high-temperature resistant silicone rubber sealing ring to ensure the sealing between the studio and the oven door. The power switch with indicator light, temperature controller and other operating components are all concentrated at the control panel in front of the oven, which is beautiful and easy to operate. The desktop oven has a damper regulator that can adjust the amount of air entering and exiting the oven in a small amount by opening the damper adjustment knob. The microcomputer intelligent temperature controller adopts self-tuning PID technology, which has the characteristics of fast temperature control, fast response, small overshoot, and high accuracy compared to traditional PID control. The set temperature andoven temperature are both digitally displayed, with upper limit tracking alarm and digital timer function. The fixed time can reach up to 9999 minutes. Setting parameters with light touch buttons is easy to operate.
