1. Overview

The HSHD-2015 uniform loading pressure testing machine is a specialized testing machine for testing the compressive strength of cement. Its technical indicators fully
comply with the requirements of GB/T17671-1999 idt ISO679:1989 “Method for Testing the Strength of Cement Mortar (ISO Method)” and GB10238-2015 “Oil Well Cement”
standards. This machine can be used to conduct compressive strength tests on various types of cement such as ordinary cement and oil well cement.
For oil well cement, the uniform loading pressure testing machine has two built-in solutions:
The standard loading test plan for Oil Well 1 has a loading rate of 18 kN/min and a sample area of 2500mm2.
The standard loading test plan for Oil Well 2 has a loading rate of 72 kN/min and a sample area of 2500mm2.

2.1. The instrument adopts the latest electro-hydraulic digital control technology, with fully automatic control, digital display, uniform loading, and adjustable loading rate.
2.2. The main core components of the instrument, such as sensors, controllers, analog to-digital converters, electro-hydraulic valves, touch sensitive LCD displays, etc., are all made of internationally renowned enterprise components.
2.3. The testing machine adopts a modular structure, which has strong adaptability to the environment and stable and reliable operation.
2.4. Touch screen LCD display, all operations are centralized on the screen, with full English prompts, touch buttons, no mechanical wear, long service life, and easy operation.
2.5. The instrument is equipped with an RS-232 communication interface.
2.6. The instrument has a temperature adjustment function. When the ambient temperature is relatively low, the testing machine can automatically operate and use high-pressure oil to raise the oil temperature.
