Overview
The HSHD-1252CG Touchscreen Atmospheric Consistometer is designed and manufactured in strict accordance with API Specification 10. It is used for the determination of thickening performance of cement slurry samples under atmospheric pressure conditions. The instrument features an all-stainless-steel housing for long-lasting durability. It is equipped with a branded touchscreen, a programmable logic controller (PLC), a stainless steel drive mechanism, and a copper slurry cup. The overall structure and performance of the instrument fully meet advanced international standards.
Features
1. The instrument adopts a 10-inch industrial-grade color touchscreen as the human-machine interface. It is easy to operate and suitable for harsh environments. The touchscreen system offers high reliability, standardized wiring, and a modular structure. All instrument operations are performed on the touchscreen, making operation more intuitive and simple. User parameter settings, switches, buttons, and indicators are all centrally displayed on the touchscreen. It can display time, consistency values, temperature values, and trend charts, simulating a paperless recorder. It also displays measurement curves and stores data. The entire unit uses only one switch (the power switch).
2. Dual-bowl, dual-temperature control, dual-curve display, and dual-motor stirring design. The left and right bowls can perform tests at two different temperatures simultaneously, independently and without interference.
3. A water stirring impeller is installed inside the water tank, which continuously stirs the water during the test to ensure uniform temperature at all points within the tank.
4. Stainless steel rotating mechanism for corrosion resistance.
5. Quiet geared motor for low-noise operation.
