1. The instrument is equipped with a data acquisition system, allowing direct collection of test curves via a computer. The acquisition software can also be used to set test programs and control the controller, enabling fully automatic temperature and pressure control.
2. The instrument adopts a new type of high-pressure oil filter that is easy to disassemble and clean (our company holds the China Utility Model Patent for this design). The high-pressure oil filter element can be directly removed by hand for cleaning.
3. The instrument’s alarm system provides automatic alarms and shutdown in the event of consistency upper limit, pressure upper limit, or temperature over-limit conditions.
4. The cell lid adopts a metal O-ring sealing method, ensuring long-term stable operation under ultra-high temperature and high pressure.
5. The cell cooling system uses a copper heat exchange cooling method.
6. The instrument is equipped with a high-precision thermocouple for accurate temperature control.
7. The instrument’s high-pressure relief and oil return valves are controlled by a dual valve system, resulting in a low failure rate.
